Andrew - General Manager
Andrew has over 19 years of experience spanning all areas of Information Technology, supporting network sizes ranging from 1 to 1,000 users both nationally and internationally. Andrew has worked in the Philippines, South Africa and USA configuring complex IT networks and supporting a variety of users. Outside of the office Andrew likes to keep challenging himself and moving forward, usually in the form of a skiing adventure, working on home building projects, participating in coffee appreciation events or simply lending a hand to family and friends.
Melissa - Service Coordinator
Melissa brings to Multum Tech a comprehensive list of IT and Administration experience. She managed a Brisbane based web hosting company which included customer support, account management, bookkeeping and human resources management. She's a highly organised leader that makes sure that you're connected to the right engineer when you need it. When she's not chasing down a solution to a problem she loves to jump on a flight and see a new part of the world.
Lexi - Technical Team Lead
Lexi's passion has always been to provide the best possible solution for our clients. When we combine this with her ability to get to the bottom of any complex problem, it was a clear choice who the ideal person was to lead our support team. Lexi's background is IT Infrastructure support and projects. She has extensive experience with large wide area networks and cloud solutions aimed at the small to medium business market. If she's not thinking about the best way to solve your IT problem she enjoys catching up with friends, being active in the community and keeping up to date with the newest technologies.
Jarod - Support Engineer
Jarod has extensive experience in the technology field covering solutions implementation and support. His attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills results in support requests being resolved promptly. When you call our help desk you're likely to speak with Jarod, who will be ready to assist. In his spare time he's very active in the sci-fi community and is the Community Manager of Supanova Comic Con & Gaming.
Chris - Support Engineer
Chris started with us in 2018 with a desire to build on his existing IT infrastructure experience. He has already made a number of valuable contributions and brings a different skill set to our growing team. Coming from a customer service background he holds himself to a very high standard of service and communication.
